The Meteorite Park is a level 1 unique building that is available with the Cities: Skylines Natural Disasters DLC.

To unlock it, you simply have to experience a meteor strike in-game (we’ll share a bit more detail on how this works below). Note that you’ll also need to reach the Tiny Town milestone (which can be anywhere from 360 – 1,500 depending on the map).

Although the level 1 unique buildings tab is available from the Worthy Village milestone, the Landscaping and Disasters tab (which you’ll need to spawn a meteor strike) doesn’t unlock until Tiny Town.

This building is a requirement for the Doomsday Vault monument, which is also only available from the Natural Disasters DLC.

How To Spawn a Meteor Strike

Step 1: First, find a large, uninhabited part of your map where you want the meteor to land. The farther away from your buildings, the better.

Step 2: Next, open the Landscaping & Disasters menu, and click on the “Disasters” tab.

You’ll find the meteor strike all the way to the right (circled in the screenshot below).

Step 3: Now point the target as far from your buildings as possible, and then right-click to spawn it.

It won’t happen instantly. But after a little while the announcer will call your attention to an impending meteor strike.

Repairing Your Structures after the Meteor Strike

If the meteor damaged any of your roads, you can use the Upgrade Road tool to repair them.

If you’d like to get rid of the meteor crater, you can simply use the Level Terrain tool to even the land out again.
