TM36 Sludge Bomb is found in the northwest corner of Route 8, which is located north of Icirrus City’s ground level.
You’ll be able to reach Icirrus City after beating the Mistralton City Gym. But note that you’ll also need to make your way through Twist Mountain, which leads directly to Icirrus City.
Sludge Bomb is a Poison-type attack that inflicts damage at 80 base Power. It also has a 30% chance of poisoning its target.
TM36 Sludge Bomb Location (Step-by-Step)
Step 1: Starting at Icirrus City’s Pokémon Center, walk across the bridge heading east.
Step 2: At the end of the first bridge, head south down the staircase to the city’s ground level.
Step 3: Now on the city’s ground level, head a bit to the right and walk up north onto the dirt path.
Step 4: Continue north on the dirt path to reach Route 8. Then turn and head west at the Trainer Tip sign.
Step 5: Walk through the puddles on Route 8 and head north past the trees.
Step 6: In the middle of the trees is a clearing. From here, walk northeast past the NPC trainer wearing a hat.
Step 7: Continue in this direction to find TM36 Sludge Bomb, which is located in a Poké Ball next to a body of water and a stepping stone.

TM36 Sludge Bomb is one of the most powerful Poison-type moves in Black and White.
The attack has perfect accuracy and dishes out damage at 90 base Power. It also poisons its target 30% of the time.
Sludge Bomb is also a Special move, so be sure to teach it to a Pokémon with a decent Special Attack stat.
One of the best fits is the Ghost/Poison-type Gengar, as it provides a STAB bonus and boasts a 130 base Special Attack.
Other than Gengar, the next-best choice for Sludge Bomb is the Grass/Poison-type Roserade.
Neither of those Pokémon learns Sludge Bomb via level up, so grabbing the TM is a must.
