Getting TM49 Echoed Voice from an NPC in Nimbasa City (Pokémon Black)

TM49 Echoed Voice can be obtained at the Musical Hall in Nimbasa City. An NPC located in the back-right corner of the Musical Hall will offer you the TM for free.

The Musical Hall is located in the northern corner of Nimbasa City. The city can be reached after defeating Gym Leader Burgh in Castelia City.

If this is your first time entering the Musical Hall, Bianca will be guarding the entrance and will ask you to join her inside. After a brief conversation with the Owner of the Musical Hall, you’ll be able to speak with the NPC that gives you Echoed Voice.

Step 1: Starting at Nimbasa City’s Pokémon Center, take an immediate right until you hit an iron railing.

Step 2: After reaching the end of the road, head straight north on the narrow path.

Echoed Voice is a Special Normal-type move that deals 40 base damage, but increases by 40 power each turn it’s used in battle. The damage is capped out at 200 power, allowing it to become one of the more powerful moves over the course of battle.

Echoed Voice is especially useful in a Doubles battle if both of your Pokémon know the move. This strategy allows for the move to be used at a greater frequency.

Note: Even if Echoed Voice misses, it will still increase by 40 damage.
