How To Get TM72 Volt Switch in Pokémon Black & White

Standing outside Nimbasa City Gym in Pokémon Black

You’ll get TM72 Volt Switch from Gym Leader Elesa after defeating her at the Nimbasa City Gym. This Gym is located in the eastern half of the city.

But before you’re able to reach Nimbasa City, you’ll need to get the Insect Badge from the Castelia City Gym. Nimbasa City and Castelia City are connected by Route 4.

As for the move itself: Volt Switch is a Electric-type attack that boasts 70 base Power and perfect Accuracy. After the attack, the user is switched out for another Pokémon in the party.

Step 1: Head east down the road from the Nimbasa City Pokémon Center.

Step 5: Continue walking east passing the big yellow tent.

Step 6: The Nimbasa City Gym is the bright purple building with neon-themed colors just ahead.

Step 7: After you defeat Gym Leader Elesa you’ll receive TM72 Volt Switch as a reward.
