You will get the Reveal Glass from the Narcissus Mirror Shop owner in Mauville City. But to get this item from him you must have either Landorus, Thundurus, or Tornadus in your party when you go to the shop.
The Reveal Glass allows the Forces of Nature trio to change between two forms: Incarnate and Therian.
But your first task is to catch one of the Forces of Nature Pokémon. You will find them by soaring over Fortree City.
So to find the Forces of Nature Pokémon in ORAS, you just need to clear these requirements:
- Beat the Sootopolis Gym
- Obtain the National Pokédex from Professor Birch in Littleroot Town
- Have a Castform in your party
Getting the Reveal Glass (Step-by-Step)

Step 1: Use the Eon Flute in Fortree City and you will find a dark storm cloud above the city. Head over to the cloud.

Step 2: You will get a dialog box as soon as you approach the cloud. Select “Yes”.

Step 3: Thundurus (Alpha Sapphire) or Tornadus (Omega Ruby) will appear. Capture the Forces of Nature Pokémon to add them to your party.
Tip: Try catching the Legendary Pokémon during the night. Doing so will boost the Dusk Ball’s catch rate to 3.5x, making it more effective than an Ultra Ball catch rate (2x).

Step 4: After catching Thundurus/Tornadus, fly to Mauville City.

Step 5: From the Mauville Pokémon Center, head over to the city’s west court.

Step 6: Walk a short distance forward and enter Narcissus Mirror Shop, which should be the first store to your right. You will see a small mirror outside the storefront.

Step 7: Talk to the shop’s owner behind the counter and she will give you the Reveal Glass.
Just make sure you have at least one of the Forces of Nature Pokémon in your party to complete this step.

How To Use the Reveal Glass
When you use the Reveal Glass on any of the Forces of Nature Legendaries, the Pokémon will switch forms.
Here’s how to use this key item:
Step 1: Select the Reveal Glass in your bag’s key items section.

Step 2: Choose one of the Forces of Nature Pokémon to use it on.

Step 3: Complete the process and the Legendary Pokémon will change its form.

Step 4: You can also repeat these steps to change the Pokémon back to the previous form. So you can freely switch back-and-forth between the Incarnate and Therian forms.

Forces of Nature Trio Forms
Landorus, Thundurus, and Tornadus have different stats and abilities in each form.
Landorus
These are Landorus’ stats. Its Therian form’s stats and ability and in parentheses:
Landorus’ Stats | |
---|---|
Ability | Sheer Force / Sand Force (Intimidate) |
HP | 89 (89) |
Attack | 125 (145) |
Defense | 90 (90) |
Sp. Attack | 115 (105) |
Sp. Defense | 80 (80) |
Speed | 101 (91) |
Landorus-Therian has a higher Attack stat. Its Incarnate form, meanwhile, is faster and has a better offensive ability. Sheer Force boosts moves with a secondary effect by 30%, at the cost of removing the effect.
Thundurus
Thundurus has the following stats and abilities. The Therian form’s information is in parentheses:
Thundurus’ Stats | |
---|---|
Ability | Defiant / Prankster (Volt Absorb) |
HP | 79 (79) |
Attack | 115 (105) |
Defense | 70 (70) |
Sp. Attack | 125 (145) |
Sp. Defense | 80 (80) |
Speed | 111 (101) |
Thundurus-Incarnate has higher Speed and access to Prankster, making it an option as an offensive-oriented support. The Therian form has a higher Special Attack and can act as a wallbreaker against special tanks. Both forms are also extremely frail.
Tornadus
Tornadus’ Stats | |
---|---|
Ability | Defiant / Prankster (Regenerator) |
HP | 79 (79) |
Attack | 115 (100) |
Defense | 70 (80) |
Sp. Attack | 125 (110) |
Sp. Defense | 80 (90) |
Speed | 111 (121) |
Tornadus-Therian is bulkier and faster in exchange for lower offensive stats.
Both forms are still frail, but Tornadus-T’s ability gives it some extra sustain. Regenerator recovers ⅓ of the user’s HP whenever the Pokémon is switched out of battle.
