The TM for Venoshock can be bought for 10,000 Pokédollars in Mauville City’s PokéMart. The clerk will sell it along with some other TMs as well. You can visit Mauville’s PokéMart once you have access to Mauville City, so make sure you’ve explored Slateport City and Route 110 first.
Venoshock is a move that doubles its power when used against poisoned targets. It works well with teams that don’t have a problem inflicting the poison status condition against their opponents.
TM09 Venoshock Location
Since TM09 Venoshock is sold in Mauville City, you’re going to need access to the city.
Here’s the prerequisites you’ll need to do first:

Venoshock is a Special Poison-type move that doubles its power when used against poisoned or badly poisoned targets. So its mere 65 base power is increased to a whopping 130 base power.
Venoshock can be a powerful move to follow up with if you have a reliable way of poisoning your opponents.
Its high base power makes it better than other Special Poison-type moves, like Sludge Bomb and Sludge Wave.
Tip: The most reliable way to poison your opponents is Toxic Spikes, a move that poisons the Pokémon switching in to the opposing field. If left unchecked, Pokémon such as Gengar might be able to cleanly sweep the opposing team with Venoshock.
