After defeating Gym Leader Roark in Oreburgh City, backtrack to Jubilife City and head out the northern entrance onto Route 204.

Bullet Seed Move Details
Type Grass
Category Physical
Power 25
Accuracy 100%
PP 30 (max. 48)

The number of hits a Pokémon launches while using Bullet Seed is not entirely random, and is in fact skewed toward the lower numbers, as detailed in the table below:

Bullet Seed Hit Chances
Hits Percentage
2 37.5%
3 37.5%
4 12.5%
5 12.5%

It is worth noting, however, that a Pokémon with the ability Skill Link will always hit 5 times with Bullet Seed, assuming the attack doesn’t miss.

Also, if a Pokémon holding the item Razor Fang uses Bullet Seed, each one of the 2-5 hits has an equal chance of making the opponent flinch.
