How To Get TM47 Steel Wing in Pokémon Platinum

The Location of TM47 on Route 209 (Pokémon Platinum)

There is only one copy of TM47 Steel Wing in Pokémon Platinum, and it’s found on Route 209. This is just a short walk south of Solaceon Town.

The TM is visible on the ground as an overworld item, although you’ll need HM01 Cut to reach it.

Steel Wing is a Steel-type physical move that grants the user a 10% chance of raising its Defense stat by one stage.

TM47 Steel Wing is found on Route 209, just south of Solaceon Town. To reach it, you need to have a Pokémon in your party that can use Cut.

Here’s how to get the TM:

From Solaceon Town’s Pokémon Center, go south until you enter Route 209.

Continue south on the dirt path, and once you pass the Lost Tower to your east, head eastward until you hit a wall of trees.

Turn to the south and use Cut on the thin tree blocking your way.

In a tiny clearing behind the tree, TM47 will be visible as a Pokéball item.

Note: This is the only copy of TM47 Steel Wing in the game.
