Once you’re in the marshes, look closely at the bogs.

The shallower land will appear slightly lighter, forming pathways you will be able to walk across.

You will get stuck if you step in the darker sections and will be forced to wriggle free, which doesn’t harm you in any way, but it wastes a ton of time.

For the clearest route through the swamp, head as far south on the grassy land as you can go, then turn to the west and walk along the southernmost edge.

When you get to the hill in the middle of the bog, turn northward and ascend the staircase, then descend the opposite side.

From here, continuing straight north after the stairs will keep you out of the deepest sections of the muck.

After that, turn west and continue in a westward direction, passing the parasol lady NPC and the shard collector’s house.

You should eventually reach a collection of bridges over a body of water.

Step onto the bridge and travel in a straight line west as far as you can go.

At the split, circle around going down, and then turn up to ascend the staircase.

In-game description for TM62 Silver Wind.

Silver Wind is a Bug-type special move that inflicts damage. It also has a 10% chance to raise the user’s Attack, Special Attack, Defense, Special Defense, and Speed stats by one stage each.

Silver Wind Move Details
Type Bug
Category Special
Power 60
Accuracy 100%
PP 5 (max. 8)

In competitive play, Silver Wind is a gamble.

Its 60 base power rating isn’t much on its own, and the 10% chance of stat boosts is too low to be reliable, especially since the move has a base PP of 5 (so that even if the Pokémon stayed in battle long enough to use all 5, it would still only amount to a 50% chance of stat increases).

If you’re lucky enough to get the stat boosts, it can completely turn the tide in a battle since it increases all stats, which very few moves do.

It’s definitely a fun one to use, as long as you don’t depend on the stat boosts to get you out of a jam.

Teach it to a Pokémon with a high Special Attack, like Yanmega, to make its lackluster base power more agreeable.

Tip: Using Silver Wind in a Pokémon Contest earns the user 2 Appeal Points, plus 2 bonus Appeal Points if the judge’s Voltage goes up.
