In this guide we’ll show you how to reach the Delirium Lava Ruins in Rune Factory 4. We’ll show you the exact path with step-by-step screenshots along the way.
To get to the Delirium Lava Ruins, you’ll need to head for Autumn Road first.
So from Selphia Castle Gate, you’ll want to head south.
After that, you’ll make it to an intersection.
Take the path heading directly south.
You’ll then enter a wide area of Selphia Plain with a hollowed-out tree stump in the middle.
Take the path heading west from here.
The next area is a short path with an entrance to Mush Road along the south edge. Keep going west here.
Next you’ll find yourself in another large area of the plain. Continue going west from here.
Next up, you’ll reach Volkanon Bridge.
This bridge will not be accessible until the story tasks you to head to the Obsidian Mansion.
Until then, all you will see here is a cliff. If the bridge is already built, you’ll need to cross over to the other side and keep heading west.
When you get past the bridge, you’ll arrive in Selphia Plain West.
A completely different map will be displayed on your mini-map from when you were in Selphia Plain.
And in this first area, you’ll notice a house above you and two paths you can take. Take the path heading south to continue.
Next you’ll find yourself in a small area with flowers growing all over.
Head directly south here as well.
Next up is another wide area with a bunch of flowers growing around a small boulder in the center.
Go west from here.
You’ll then find yourself at another bridge. This time, the bridge is called Autumn Bridge.
Cross over to the other side of the bridge and exit on the west.
When you cross the bridge, you’ll notice that the season will change. It’ll be Autumn in this area.
There will also be two treasure chests right by the bridge. One chest will have 5200G in it and the other will contain Healing Potions.
From this spot just keep going west.
Next is a small area with a journal along the north edge. You can use this to save or to teleport if you’ve unlocked the Telecommunicator.
You also may notice that the mini-map will now display the name “Autumn Road”.
From here, you’ll need to head south.
You’ll then find yourself in a large area where only the upper section is accessible. The bottom section will be blocked by a row of trees.
From here, you’ll need to head west.
Next, you’ll reach an area with a large stump right smack in the center of the area.
From this spot you’ll need to head north.
When you go through to the next area to the north, you’ll find yourself staring at the ominous entrance to the Delirium Lava Ruins.
Be careful of the flame-spouting geysers in there!
Also, some rooms are so hot that you’ll take damage just from being inside them. Be sure to prep up before you start adventuring inside this treacherous dungeon.
