Anna is Mineral Town’s resident baker and housewife to Basil. After you reach 8 friendship notes with her, she will teach you a total of 6 recipes every Saturday which can be added to your cookbook’s arsenal!

You’ll learn these recipes through an event called Anna’s Cooking Class.

And we’ll show you exactly how to unlock these classes, plus which recipes you’ll learn from them.

How To Unlock Anna’s Cooking Class

Step 1: Befriend Anna

The farmer gives Anna a Strawberry Cake.

The first thing you’ll need to do is become best friends with Anna.

This is no small feat, because you’ll have to raise your level up to 8 friendship points before she even offers to teach you a recipe.

Below you’ll find a complete list of Anna’s gift preferences. The easiest loved gifts to get Anna are fruits (Apples, Oranges, Wild Grapes) or Honey – all of which come from trees on your farm.

You can also get her cheaper gifts like Oil or Wheat Flour, which you can buy from the General Store.

Step 2: Initiate the 1st Class Event

The farmer enters Basil’s House.

Once you have 8 friendship points with Anna, you can enter her house on any Saturday from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM. Just make sure that the weather is Sunny.

Anna will ask you if you want to learn dessert recipes, to which you should say yes (Choice 1).

You will then learn the recipe for Cake on the same day.

Anna teaches the farmer the recipe for Cake.

You’ll then be invited to come back every Saturday for the next 5 weeks to learn the remaining recipes.

Attending the first class will earn you +20 FP with Anna and Manna, and finishing all of the classes will top you off with an additional +20 FP once again.
