While you may not be able to attract rabbits to your farm, Carrots are still a worthwhile investment during the Autumn season.

In this guide we’ll cover everything you need to know about Carrots – including how to get them and their various uses in Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town.

How To Plant and Harvest Carrots

First you’ll need to go to the General Store and buy seeds from Jeff at the counter.

The farmer buys Carrot seeds from Jeff at the General Store.

Carrot seeds cost 300 G per bag and are only available during Autumn. Each seed bag will cover a 3×3 area on your field.

After tilling the ground with your Hoe, you can equip the seed bag from your toolbox and plant the Carrot. Make sure to water them at least once a day using your Watering Can!

If it’s raining, there’s no need to water your crops manually.

The farmer stands in the middle of a freshly planted Carrot field.

The Carrots will be fully grown after 7 days and ready to harvest.

Carrot Uses

The farmer cooks a Salad using a Carrot.

How To Sell Carrots

Zack (Shipping Bin)

Carrots and other crops can usually be sold to Zack via the Shipping Bin. Just drop your produce into the box before 5 PM to automatically sell them.

The farmer drops a Carrot into the Shipping Bin.

The price for Carrots will increase depending on the quality. Check out this table to see how much your Carrots will sell for:

Take note that the prices listed above are based on Normal Game Mode. If you choose to play in Simple Mode at the start of the game, your shipments will be worth 20% more.

Huang

You can also sell Carrots directly to Huang if you prefer. He will actually pay you a higher price for crops that are not in season.

For Autumn crops, you’ll get an additional 12.5% during Spring and 10% in Winter and Summer.

During Autumn, Huang will only offer you the regular shipping price for Carrots.
