Orangette is one of the many desserts that you can make in Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town.

Where To Learn the Recipe

Cooking inspiration is something that happens automatically as you make dishes with different ingredients. Once you’ve cooked with an ingredient a certain number of times, you can unlock a new recipe that uses the same item!

The farmer gets inspired to cook Orangette while in the kitchen.

To learn the recipe for Orangette, you need to cook with the following ingredients:

Requirements

The farmer buys Chocolate from Jeff at the General Store.

Equipment Needed

The equipment needed to make Orangette can be bought from Jeff at the General Store.

The downside is that Jeff sells his kitchen equipment one by one, in 10-day intervals after you buy the first of Gotts’ house remodeling upgrades.

This means that you can only access the next piece of equipment 10 days after the previous one becomes available for purchase.

Ingredients Needed

The recipe for Orangette calls for Oranges, which can grow on fruit trees during Autumn and Winter!

This is a great dish to make in preparation for Valentine’s Day on Winter 14th, so make sure you have your Orange Trees ready to go by then.

Orangette Uses

The farmer gifts Orangettes to Gray on Valentine’s Day.

As Food

Orangette can be consumed by the farmer to restore a minimal amount of stamina. However, it does not offer any fatigue recovery.

In Events – Valentine’s Day (Winter 14th)

On Winter 14th of every year, if you have a purple heart with any of the female marriage candidates (10,000 LP), they will visit your farm between 6 AM and 5 PM to give you Chocolate.

If you have a yellow heart or 40,000 LP with them, they will give you Orangettes instead!

The farmer receives Orangettes from Popuri during Valentine’s Day.

On this day, you can also gift Chocolate or Orangettes to the male marriage candidates! Gifting any of the two will net you a bonus of 1,000 LP and 20 FP with each character.

A trick to this event if you want to save money and time is to regift any Orangettes you received earlier in the day from the male candidates. This way, you can gain easy Love Points with the guys through little to no effort.

If you’re already married, gifting Chocolate or Orangettes to bachelors other than your spouse will only give you Friendship Points.

How to Sell Orangette

Any dishes made in your kitchen can’t be shipped through Zack and the Shipping Bin. However, you can start selling food to Huang once you become friends with him at 4 friendship notes.

To sell a dish to Huang, stand in front of his counter while holding the item. Don’t interact directly with his sprite, as it will register as a gift instead.
