Relax Tea is a straightforward hot beverage that you can make in Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town. Brewing Relax Tea is complicated because it can be hard to obtain or make Relax Tea Leaves.

This drink has a lot of benefits though, so it’s definitely worth it if you have the time.

Where To Learn the Recipe

Lou is the visitor from the Forgotten Valley that appears in Mineral Town after you offer 75 gifts to the Harvest Goddess. You can visit her in her room on the 2nd floor of Dudley’s Inn every Sunday.

Lou offers to teach the farmer the recipe for Relax Tea.

Befriending Lou will prompt her to teach you a new recipe each time you visit. She has a total of 10 new recipes to teach you. There are prerequisites for learning a new recipe, though!

Lou will only teach you the recipe for Relax Tea once you’ve successfully cooked at least any six of the following dishes before visiting her:

Requirements

The farmer receives Relax Tea Leaves as a gift from the Harvest Goddess.

Equipment Needed

The equipment needed to make Relax Tea can be bought from Jeff at the General Store.

The downside is that Jeff sells his kitchen equipment one by one, in 10-day intervals after you buy the first of Gotts’ house remodeling upgrades.

This means that you can only access the next piece of equipment 10 days after the previous one becomes available for purchase.

The only ingredient you need to brew Relax Tea is Relax Tea Leaves.

Relax Tea Leaves are relatively rare and hard to obtain in the game, as you can only receive them from specific events or through a complicated recipe.

How To Sell Relax Tea

Any dishes made in your kitchen can’t be shipped through Zack and the Shipping Bin. However, you can start selling food to Huang once you become friends with him at 4 friendship notes.

To sell a dish to Huang, stand in front of his counter while holding the item. Don’t interact directly with his sprite, as it will register as a gift instead.
