The Truth Treasure (sometimes called the Truth Gem) is one of the three coveted Treasure Gems in the game, with the others being Goddess and Kappa Treasures.
The all-black Truth Treasure/Truth Gem has the ability to show the specific fatigue points that your farmer currently has on the screen.
You can form the Truth Treasure by collecting all 9 Truth Jewels that are hidden in secret locations around town. Once you have all the Truth Jewels, Mayor Thomas will exchange them for the completed Truth Treasure.
This guide lists all 9 locations of the Truth Jewels and how to find them.
1. Horse Stable
The closest Truth Jewel will be in your own horse’s stable, hidden in the water trough. You can get this Jewel even if you don’t have a horse yet.
2. Street Lamp (near Rose Plaza)
This is also one of the easiest Jewels to get: just interact with the street lamp in the northeastern part of town, on the road that leads to Rose Plaza from Mineral Church.
3. Goddess Statue at the Church
Instead of a Goddess Jewel, you’ll find a Truth Jewel hiding behind the Harvest Goddess’ Statue near the Church. It’s located to the left of the building, and you can get there by just following the path past the fences.
4. Library (Second Floor)
Inside the library second floor, look for the middle row of bookcases and inspect the rightmost shelf to discover another Truth Jewel.
5. Horse Derby Prize
The Derby shop occurs every 18th day of Spring or Autumn, during the horse race. One Truth Jewel can be exchanged for 1,000 Medals here.
6. Huang’s Shop
A Truth Jewel will also appear in Huang’s inventory, selling for 50,000 G.
It will be there from the very start of the game, and it will stay in his shop until you finally buy it.
7. Harvest Goddess Game Show in the Town Villa
The Town Villa is a secondary house that can be commissioned from Gotts for 10,000,000 G, 999 Lumber, and 999 Material Stone.
Once you have it built, you can play to win this Truth Jewel on TV.
Between Spring 1st-5th starting from Year 2, the Harvest Goddess will host a New Year’s game show on the farmhouse TV. Winning her game 10 times in a row will reward you with a Truth Jewel as a prize – but this will only work if you win the game from the Town Villa TV set.
8. Mountain Cottage
After your 50th wedding anniversary with your in-game spouse, they will give you a newly built Mountain Villa.
Go inside and inspect the Calendar on the back wall of the new house to find another Jewel.
Yes, this one does require playing the game for over 50 in-game years.
9. Mayor Thomas’ Refrigerator
Once all the previous 8 Truth Jewels have been collected, you can go inside Mayor Thomas’ house and open his refrigerator to discover the last jewel.
This Truth Jewel will not appear until you have found all of the others.
After finding the 9th and final Jewel, talk to Mayor Thomas to exchange them all for the Truth Treasure.
Then when the Truth Treasure is equipped, your exact fatigue points will be shown below the fatigue meter (the smiley face icon).
