White Day Event – Story of Seasons: FoMT

Getting Chocolate Cookies from Brandon on White Day (SoS:FoMT)
White Day
Date Spring 14th (annual)
Time 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Location Farmhouse
Special Requirements At least 10,000 LP with one bachelor
Prizes Cookies, Chocolate Cookies, Achievement Ring

Every year on Spring 14th, the eligible bachelors in Mineral Town come together and send their love interests a plate of Cookies or Chocolate Cookies to earn your favor.

This romantic festival is an indicator of how far along you are in your relationship with one of the bachelors. Completing this festival and receiving a Chocolate Cookie will also award you with one of the 7 Achievement Rings.

Requirements

The White Day Festival is a whole-day event, so you don’t necessarily have to “attend” anything.

The bachelors will visit you on your farm instead, and you can interact with them to receive your gift.

To make the bachelors actually show up, you’ll need to have at least 10,000 Love Points (LP) with at least one of them.

If you have less than 10,000 LP with anyone, that particular bachelor won’t appear on the farm.

You can track your current LP with the characters by opening the Villagers Relationship menu and checking their heart levels.

If the bachelor has a purple heart or higher, they will be eligible to participate in the White Day festivities.

Bachelors

If you’re still unmarried by the time White Day rolls around, each bachelor with more than 10,000 LP will visit you one by one on your farm, during a specific time slot.

Tip: If you have enough LP with Kai, he will send you his gift through the mail instead, since he’s only in Mineral Town during the Summer.

White Day Bachelors’ Schedule
Doctor 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM
Cliff 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Rick 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Gray 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Brandon 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM

You can check your heart levels with each candidate the previous day so you’ll know when to expect a visitor. You can still perform other tasks (farming, fishing, mining, etc.) while the festival is ongoing.

Most shops will also be open on this day.

Just make sure to interact with the bachelors to trigger the dialogue!

Because they will just stand outside of your farmhouse for the duration of their schedule, so if you don’t talk to them first before they leave, you won’t receive anything.

They will then give you a dessert based on your current heart level with them:

  • Cookies – Purple/Blue/Green Heart (10,000-39,999 LP)
  • Chocolate Cookies – Yellow Heart (40,000 LP or more)

Note: In Year 2 or later, if Cliff was not offered the job at Adge Winery and has since left Mineral Town, he will not participate in the festival.

Bachelorettes

You can also give Cookies to the bachelorettes on White Day. They will accept Chocolate Cookies too, but this won’t earn you any bonus points.

The Cookies can be made fresh in your kitchen, but you can also repurpose any Cookies you received earlier from the bachelors.

Just regift them to save some time, and no one will know any better!

But if you’d rather make the Cookies from scratch, you can learn the recipe from Anna’s second confectionaries class. The recipe for Chocolate Cookies, on the other hand, is unlocked once you reach 4 friendship notes with Sasha.

Dish Ingredients Equipment Needed
Cookies Egg, Wheat Flour, Butter Rolling Pin, Oven, Seasoning Set

Event Details (After Marriage)

If you ever decide to get married in Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town, you’ll still be able to celebrate White Day with your spouse.

They will also surprise you with a dessert in the morning, depending on your current heart level with them:

  • Cookies – Green Heart (30,000 LP)
  • Chocolate Cookies – Yellow Heart (40,000 LP or more)
