White Grass is one type of colored grass that’s often used in the Caffeine recipe. This grass can only be harvested during Winter as a forageable item, or possibly obtained from the Harvest Goddess as a gift.

Where To Find White Grass

White Grass is only forageable during Winter. We’ve listed both locations below on the town map to show where you can pick up White Grass in the wild:

Church Forest – behind Carter’s secret door in Mineral Church (unlocked after 8 friendship notes with Carter)
South Forest – below your farm, near Gotts’ workshop

New White Grass will respawn almost every day when they’re in season, so make sure to visit whenever you’re in the area.

Another way to get White Grass outside of Winter is to get them as a reward from the Harvest Goddess.

Once you’ve given her a total of 30 liked offerings, she will gift you a single White Grass. Following this event, she will continue to give you White Grass after every 10 liked offerings.

The Harvest Goddess gifts White Grass to the farmer.

As Food

Eating White Grass will restore a small amount of stamina when consumed. It will also reduce fatigue.

Selling White Grass

White Grass can be sold to either Zack or Huang for around 150 G.

Shipping Bin

To sell White Grass to Zack, simply drop it into the Shipping Bin and wait for him to pick it up at 5:00 PM every day.

The farmer drops White Grass into the Shipping Bin.

Selling White Grass via the Shipping Bin will count towards the list of shippable items you need to achieve for full completion.

This is important because shipping all possible items is a requirement for marrying either Kappa or the Harvest Goddess. You can track your progress by checking the Shipping List on your bookshelf.

Huang’s Shop

You can also choose to bring your White Grass over to Huang.

To sell to Huang, hold the item in your hands and interact with him over the counter.

The farmer sells White Grass to Huang.

He will actually pay you a higher price for forageables that are not in season. For Winter forageables, you’ll get an additional 20% during Autumn and 10% in the Summer.
