Atul’s Workshop is an early-game spirit house that you’ll build in your journey as Spiritfarer.

It houses uncle Atul, one of the first spirits you’ll recruit in the game.

How To Unlock

You’ll need to first find Atul on Barkensheim Creek and retrieve the lemon in the pond for him.

Then once he’s on your ship, follow these requests of his:

Nice Catch
The Drawing Board
Woodwork

After finishing these 3 tasks (they’re all quick and easy), Atul will give you the “Atul’s Workshop” request. This automatically unlocks the blueprints for his workshop in your Blueprint Station, and you can start building it from there.

Function

Atul’s Workshop will function like the previous spirit house that you built for Gwen.

Atul will spend a good portion of his time “building” things inside, and he will also sleep in it during night-time.

Over time, Atul will also ask you for some upgrades on his workshop, which in turn will help boost his mood and improve his overall stay aboard the ship.

After Atul leaves, you can start any Thunderstorm event by going to a location and interacting with his door. You should also be able to find his spirit flower inside the workshop, on the spot where he sleeps.

Atul’s workshop fills up with tools once it’s fully-furnished.

3 Glasses	Made by smelting Empty Bottles at a Foundry. You can buy empty bottles from Francis the Wandering Merchant for 20 Glims each.
