Crême Brûlée is a regular-sized dessert in Spiritfarer. Its ingredients include 1 egg and any type of sweetener (sugar, honey, or maple syrup).
What You Need
For this dessert dish, all you need is:
- The Improved Kitchen
- 1 Egg
- 1 Sweetener (Any Type)
You can get the blueprint for the kitchen improvement via Atul’s “Big Stove” request. Once your kitchen is upgraded, you’ll be able to cook dishes that use two ingredients.
Where To Get Eggs

There are two options when it comes to getting eggs in Spiritfarer:
- Buying them directly from the Raccoon Shop in Oxbury
- Getting them from Chicken Coops
For the first option, you will need to have the Rock Destroyer Boat Improvement beforehand. In case you don’t have it yet, this upgrade is available from Albert’s Shipyard.
Then with that upgrade you can go to Oxbury and purchase some eggs at the Raccoon Shop there. Eggs are sold for 440 Glims apiece.
Getting More Eggs from Chickens

Once you’ve purchased eggs from Oxbury, you can immediately use those eggs for cooking.
However, you can make it easier to get eggs in the future by raising chickens instead.
For this, you need the Expert Blueprint Station from Albert’s Shipyard.
After getting that upgrade, you’ll be able to build a Chicken Coop.
Once you have the Coop built, place an egg inside its incubator and leave some seeds in the Feeder. The egg will then hatch into a chick and grow into an egg-laying chicken after a few days.
You can raise up to six chickens total inside the coop, and you will get a steady supply of eggs from them as long as your chickens are fed.
Where To Get Sweetener

There are three kinds of sweeteners you can use in Spiritfarer:
- Honey
- Maple Syrup
- Sugar
For honey, the quickest way to get it is via Francis’ “Honey, I Shrunk the Fishes” errand. To complete this errand, simply catch the following fish:
- 1 Albacore Tuna
- 1 Bluefin Tuna
- 1 Yellowfin Tuna
One tuna can be caught in each of the fishing locations marked in the World Map. However, remember that tunas are tricky and take a while to catch, so be patient when playing the fishing minigame.

The only other option to get honey is from the Field’s Beehive upgrade. However, you can’t get this upgrade unless you already have Jackie onboard, whose storyline is connected to Daria
With maple syrup, it’s exclusively given as a reward from Francis’ “Sugar Shack’s Delight” errand. This one requires you to catch a number of fish as well:
1 Sole | A fish caught in the Hummingberg, Furogawa, and Crow’s End region during Dawn and Midnight. |
1 Squid | Caught in the Hummingberg and Furogawa Region at any time and any weather. |
1 Sockeye Salmon | Caught in the Crow’s End region during noon or midnight. |
And then we have your third option: sugar. To get this, you’ll need to purchase sugar cane seeds from the Edgeborough Raccoon Shop. These are sold for 200 Glims and are planted in the Field.
Once harvested, take the sugar cane to the Crusher and pound it out to make sugar.
Cooking Crême Brûlée

Once you have everything, take your sweetener and egg (or eggs) to the kitchen oven and start cooking.
The waiting time for each dish you cook will vary, but either way, your Crême Brûlée will be ready right after the timer finishes counting down. Make sure you don’t forget to take the dish from the oven after the timer ends, as this can end up getting burnt.
When it’s ready, you can serve Crême Brûlée to these spirits:
- Atul
- Summer
- Alice
- Stanley
Alternatively, this dessert can also be sold at Raccoon Shops for 455 Glims each.
