Grilled Fish Recipe Guide – Spiritfarer

Grilled Fish is one of the simplest dishes in Spiritfarer, made by simply cooking fish in the kitchen oven. This is one of the primary dishes you can make regularly in the game.

What You Need

As mentioned above, you only need two things to make Grilled Fish:

• Fish (any kind)
• The Kitchen

To acquire any kind of fish, you’ll just need to get comfortable fishing.

So head to the stern of your ship (just behind the cabin) and interact with the chair to start the fishing minigame. It works like this:

1. After Stella casts the line, wait for a bite. This is indicated by the lure dipping and your controller vibrating.
2. Once this happens, hold the interact button to hook the catch.
3. Make sure you let go of the hook when the line gets red (as this will break), before reeling it in again once it turns back to yellow.
4. Keep doing this process until Stella eventually gets the catch.

Note: This minigame is unlocked near the start of the game, where the spirit Atul will first teach it to you.

Remember that your catch can be random, and there may be times when you end up getting something else other than a fish. However, catching common fish should be pretty easy.

As for the Kitchen, this building is unlocked very early in the game and you’ll get it just by progressing through the story.

How To Cook Grilled Fish

Simply head inside the kitchen and interact with the oven. Then choose the fish you caught as the ingredient.

A timer will then appear on top of the oven, and your Grilled Fish will be ready once that clock ends. If you’re outside of the kitchen, an indicator will also appear.

Note: Remember to not leave your fish cooking beyond the timer, as it will end up as burnt food. This is indicated by heavy smoke coming out of the kitchen.

Once you’ve cooked the dish, you can then serve the Grilled Fish to any of the spirits in your boat that enjoys it. This includes:

• Atul
• Astrid
• Elena
• Jackie

Note that other spirits won’t accept Grilled Fish if you try serving it to them.

But if you wish, you can also sell the Grilled Fish dish to Raccoon Inc. shops for 45 Glims.
