How To Wake Up Summer in Spiritfarer

Getting the HVAC Upgrade to wake up Summer in Spiritfarer

To wake up the snake spirit Summer, you need to upgrade Summer’s Sanctuary by putting in an AC (called an “HVAC System”). This is done by talking to the spirits, getting the request, and gathering the needed material for the upgrade.

This guide will cover everything you need to know to complete this process, install the HVAC System, and wake Summer up.

Waking Summer Up

After completing the request “The Oneness and the Wholeness”, you’ll find Summer asleep in her cabin once you get back on the boat.

You can try waking her up, but nothing will happen.

But a couple of in-game days later, Alice will talk to you and ask why Summer has been sleeping for so long. The other spirits on the boat will also ask where Summer has been.

Alice will then recommend you to visit Albert’s Shipyard (X: 61, Y: 64) to try and figure out what’s happening.

This will trigger the “A Cold and Dreamless Slumber” request for Summer.

Once you’re at Albert’s shipyard, he’ll explain to you that since Summer is a cold-blooded animal (snake) she’ll need a temperature-controlled room. He’ll also give you an HVAC system upgrade blueprint.

Summer will introduce you to the aluminum dragon before leaving for the Everdoor.

Once Summer is awake, she will start getting dragon visions again. This time, it’s the aluminum dragon, found at X: -132, Y: 134.

This is trickier than the first dragon, but should be no problem as long as you can manage platforming.

After defeating the dragon, Summer will be fully consoled.

And you’ll then need to take her to the Everdoor for a final goodbye.

Once she’s gone, you can collect her Spirit Flower inside her cabin.
