Shadow Forest is a small island found on the southwest islands of the game’s World Map. Its only purpose is to help you farm for resources.

How To Unlock

This island requires the Mist Cleaner 1000 Boat Improvement, so head on over to Albert’s Shipyard (X: 61, Y: 64) to purchase it.

Assuming you already have the prior boat improvements, this one requires:

  • 8 Silver Ores
  • 22 Silk Fabrics
  • 8 Bottled Ectoplasms
  • 6 Crystal Glass Sheets
  • 3 Spirit Flowers
  • 3,000 Glims

Once you purchase the Mist Cleaner 1000 improvement, your boat will be free to explore the southwest islands.

What You’ll Find here

Shadow Forest is a small island. From its starting point, you can find a coal node for mining.

There are also some pine trees that you can cut into logs.

Unfortunately, there’s no way to climb the cliff into the upper portion of Shadow Forest, and there’s nothing there to find either.
