Sweet Coffee is one of the stimulant recipes you can make in Spiritfarer. It requires coffee beans and any kind of sweetener you have, like honey or sugar.

What You Need

For this recipe, you will need:

  • Improved Kitchen
  • 1 Coffee Bean
  • 1 Sweetener (Any Kind)

The blueprint for the kitchen improvement is automatically handed to you via Atul during his “Big Stove” request, so make sure you follow his storyline.

Where To Get Coffee Beans

Make your way to the Raccoon Shop branch in Hummingberg. Here you’ll be able to purchase Coffee Beans Seeds sold for 50 Glims each.

Then head back to your ship after and plant these seeds in your Garden.

Once planted, you can either let them grow naturally by regularly watering them, or skip the waiting process entirely by playing the “Plantasia Fantastica” minigame.

Once the crops are fully-grown, Stella will automatically stop the minigame and you’ll have your Coffee Beans.

Where To Get Sweetener

There are three kinds of sweeteners available in Spiritfarer:

  • Honey
  • Maple Syrup
  • Sugar

The only way to get Maple Syrup is as a reward from Francis’ “Sugar Shack’s Delight” errand. This requires:

Requirement Where to Get
1 Sole A fish caught in the Hummingberg, Furogawa, and Crow’s End region during Dawn and Midnight.
1 Squid Caught in the Hummingberg and Furogawa Region at any time and any weather.
1 Sockeye Salmon Caught in the Crow’s End region during noon or midnight.

As for Sugar, you can buy the seeds from the Raccoon Shop in Edgeborough Lane for 200 Glims each. As with all seeds, these Sugar Seeds are planted in the Field until you can harvest them as sugar sane. After that, you will need to use the Crusher building to turn them into sugar.

But the easiest way to get Honey is via Francis’ “Honey, I Shrunk the Fishes” errand. Completing this errand requires catching these fishes:

  • 1 Albacore Tuna
  • 1 Bluefin Tuna
  • 1 Yellowfin Tuna

Fishing locations for Tuna are marked all over the map. However, remember that Tunas are the trickiest fishes to catch in this game, so be patient when playing the fishing minigame.

In some cases, it can take you up to five minutes of alternating between reeling in and letting go to catch just one Tuna.

Alternatively, you can also harvest Honey from the Beehive upgrade in the Field. However, the upgrade itself won’t be available until very late in the game.
