The Tiny Bandage Clinic is owned by Jones and Nancy. This is where you can buy all sorts of medicines in Rune Factory 4.

You’ll also end up here if you pass out from losing all your health on your adventures.

Clinic Location

To get to the Tiny Bandage Clinic, you’ll need to take the southwest exit from Selphia Town Square and go down a set of stairs here.

You’ll find yourself on a street along Selphia: Housing Area.

Keep walking west until you see a building with a sign shaped like a syringe hanging above the door (you’ll also see a white & blue on the sign). This building is the clinic.

Inside, you’ll find the clinic itself on the bottom floor.

The top floor is where Jones, Nancy, Dolce, and Pico reside.

The Chemistry Set is used for crafting your own medicines at home. You can purchase this useful station at the Tiny Bandage Clinic for 1000G, 30 Lumber, and 30 Material Stones.

How much are the clinic fees when I faint?

If your health gets drained to zero, you’ll end up fainting. You’ll then wake up in the clinic.

Unfortunately, you’ll need to pay a large fee if Jones is the one who treated you. There’s a random chance that Nancy will be the one to treat you, and she does it for free!

The clinic fees also increase each time you faint. So the actual amount you pay will vary based on how often you’re fainting.

But depending on the difficulty level you’ve set the game on, there’s a cap to how much Jones will charge you for your treatment.
