The Bargain Shop is a secret store in the Goldenrod Underground that sells valuable items such as Nuggets and Big Pearls with a roughly 10% discount.
It’s only open on Mondays from 4AM to 10AM, and you can only buy each item once a week.

The lower prices at the Bargain Shop allow you to profit by reselling anything you buy here at a regular PokéMart or Department Store.
Finding the Bargain Shop (Monday Mornings)
The Bargain Shop operates in the Goldenrod Underground. It’s the first shop from the top down.
From the Pokémon Center, start heading northward on the main street.
Turn left after crossing the railroad tracks and enter the second building.
Inside, you’ll find stairs leading down to the Goldenrod Underground. Go down.
From here, just walk a few paces south and you’ll notice an old man minding the first shop on the right side of the tunnel.
Remember that he’s only here Mondays from 4AM to 10AM.
Tip: Check the in-game time by opening the START menu, then choosing PokéGear.
Making Money with the Bargain Shop
As mentioned earlier, the items sold at the Bargain Shop are approximately 10% cheaper than their regular price.
That allows you to make some easy money by reselling them.

You’ll have to initially invest 14,150 PokéDollars to buy everything on sale.
Reselling your entire haul should net you a nice profit of 1,200 PokéDollars each time. It won’t change your life, but it’s a nice boost if you remember to visit the Bargain Shop early on a Monday.
Tip: The Bargain Shop Man will close up shop after you’ve bought at least one item and then left the store menu. So make sure you buy everything you want in one go!
