Arthur of Thursday	Hard Stone	Route 36, north of the Ruins of Alph entrance.
Frieda of Friday	Poison Barb	Route 32, north of the Pokémon Center.
Santos of Saturday	Spell Tag	Blackthorn City, down a ledge southeast of the Pokémon Gym.
Sunny of Sunday	Magnet	Route 37, next to a group of berry trees.

The Week Siblings are seven NPCs who appear all around Johto depending on the day of the week. Each gives you a powerful held item the first time you meet.

You can find out where and when to find them from a note in their house on Route 26, or you can refer to the following table:

Finding the Week Siblings

The Week Siblings show up one by one throughout the week. Each of them has a specific day and location associated with them.

Some are easy to find once you know which route or town they occupy, but others hide away in secluded locations off the beaten path.

Here’s how to reach every one of them:

Monica of Monday

Start going left along the coast from the Pokémon Center in Olivine City.

Walking west from the Pokémon Center in Olivine City.

Turn southward when you reach the entrance to the Battle Tower, and you’ll find Monica standing next to some breakable rocks.

Tuscany of Tuesday

Start in New Bark Town and exit toward Route 29 to the west.

Go down into the massive patch of grass when you come across a ledge, and keep heading southwest.

Exit the tall grass to the west, and you’ll find Tuscany on a ledge to the north right away.

Wesley of Wednesday

Exit Mahogany Town through the northern gate.

Follow the left path through the tall grass until you see a river to the left.

Use Surf to follow the river northward until reaching land again.

Go left, behind the green-shirted NPC, and follow the road northward.

You’ll eventually reach a small tree blocking your path.

Cut it to keep going, then turn left at the first opportunity to find another small tree next to a trainer. Use Cut again to clear the way.

You’ll find Wesley at the end of this tree-lined road.

Arthur of Thursday

Start at the PokéMart in Violet City and head northwest into Route 36.

Keep following the road as it turns left, and you’ll soon come across Arthur. He’s walking around the area north of the Ruins of Alph entrance.

Frida of Friday

You’ll find Frida standing among the trees north of the Pokémon Center on Route 32. This Center is on the southern end of the route, near the entrance to Union Cave.

Santos of Saturday

Starting at the Blackthorn City Gym, head southeast down a nearby ledge.

You’ll find Santos to the left, looking out at the town.

Sunny of Sunday

Start at the Pokémon Center in Ecruteak City and head southwest to exit town toward Route 37.

Turn southeast at the first opportunity, jumping down a nearby ledge.

You’ll find Sunny hanging around in a meadow with three berry trees.

All Week Sibling Items

Every Week Sibling gives you a different type-enhancing held item to power up your Pokémon’s moves.

Santos	Spell Tag	Boosts the power of Ghost-type moves by 10%
Sunny	Magnet	Boosts the power of Electric-type moves by 10%

These are best held by Pokémon of the same type for maximum power since their moves already get the same-type attack bonus (STAB).

The 10% extra Power from the held item combines with the 50% STAB damage to obliterate your foes.
