The Lottery Corner can be found on the ground floor of the Goldenrod City Radio Tower.

The Radio Tower is in the northwestern part of the city, right next to the Magnet Train Station, on the same path that takes you to the Global Terminal.

Once inside the Goldenrod Radio Tower, you’ll need to speak to the second assistant behind the counter (the woman in the middle).

Her name is Felicity, and she’ll allow you to check if any one of your Pokémon’s ID numbers match the day’s lotto-digits.

How Does the Lottery Corner Work?

Each Pokémon that a Trainer catches has a unique five-digit ID number assigned to it.

This number is visible in the Pokémon’s Summary, right under the Original Trainer’s name.

When a Trainer plays the lottery at the Lottery Corner, a random five-digit number is generated each day and cross-referenced with the ID numbers of all Pokémon in a Trainer’s Party and PC.

If one or more of the digits match, you’ll win a prize.

Some key things to keep in mind:

  • There’s a new lotto-number every day. The lotto-number changes each day, so be sure to play the lottery daily.
  • Only one prize can be won per day. Trainers can check if a number matches up with one of their Pokémon’s IDs only until they win a prize, then they’ll have to wait until the next day to check again.
  • Pokémon in the Daycare are exempt. Pokémon in the Daycare are not involved in the cross-referencing of the lotto-number.

To increase the chances of a Pokémon’s ID matching with the lotto-number, it’s best to catch as many Pokémon as possible & fill up some boxes in your PC.
