Schedule

Basil sits inside the Inn.

Basil can generally be found inside his house, since that’s where he spends most of his day. However, you can be sure that every sunny Monday morning he’ll be doing research at Mother’s Hill.

For the rest of the week, he’ll spend a few hours at the Inn in the evening before heading back home.

As you continue to raise your friendship points with Basil, you can unlock townsfolk events that allow you to get to know him better.

Unlike marriage candidates, you aren’t really required to respond with specific dialogue in order to gain their favor.

They also aren’t required to advance in your friendship with the non-marriageable villagers. Below is a list of each event related to Basil and the requirements needed to trigger them.
