Wallpaper & Floor Upgrades – SoS: FoMT

After you buy the biggest house upgrade from Gotts, you’ll be given the option to purchase new wallpaper and flooring options to decorate your new home.

The options are limited with only three types to choose from, but buying new home decor may help you personalize your home in Mineral Town to make it feel more cozy!

Each new wallpaper or floor costs 1,000 G to install.

Here are all the custom designs offered at Gotts’ workshop:

1. Normal Wallpaper

This is the original design that comes with the farmhouse at the beginning of the game. If you end up not liking your new wallpaper choices, you can always revert back to the Normal Wallpaper.

2. Zigzag Wallpaper

If you want to add an understated but jazzy vibe to your space, the Zigzag Wallpaper is a great option to introduce variety.

3. Blue Wallpaper

The Blue Wallpaper instantly elevates the look of your farmhouse. This option is great if you want to introduce a darker element to the inside of your home.

4. Normal Floor

The Normal Floor comes automatically installed at the start of the game. It’s a great classic that you can always come back to for a simple look.

5. Refined Floor

The Refined Floor is best paired with the Blue Wallpaper for an elegant, sophisticated upgrade. If you like darker colors in the game, this combination may be the best option for your farmhouse.

6. Tiled Floor

If you want to change things up inside your home, the Tiled Floor is a great way to add texture while still keeping the space bright and open with its checkerboard pattern.

You’re free to mix and match any combination of wallpaper and flooring to create your very own personalized space in the game.

However, you can’t apply these changes to the Town Villa, Mountain Villa, or Seaside Cottage.

Note: Every time you want to change up the look of your home, you’ll need to buy the wallpaper again. You can’t store previously bought wallpaper or flooring in your inventory for later use.
