At Least Someone Is Happy

The easiest way to make a spirit happy is by giving them their favorite food / Spiritfarer
The easiest way to make a spirit happy is by giving them their favorite food.

For this first achievement, all you need to do is help one spirit reach the ecstatic mood at least while playing the game.

This is the maximum positive mood that a spirit can reach before passing through the Everdoor, and is reached by building a spirit’s house, decorating it, and giving them their favorite food.

If you want to gain this achievement early, the easiest spirit to please is Atul, who you can find in Barkensheim Creek at X: 5, Y: 117.

Once he’s on the ship, hug Atul every time to improve his mood. Then make sure you build all of the improvements on Atul’s Workshop as you follow his storyline.

Tip: while his favorite food is Pork Chops, he also likes everything, and you’ll make him ecstatic in no time by giving most foods.

After helping him reach an ecstatic mood, you will immediately get the achievement.

The More, The Merrier

Improving Summer’s mood / Spiritfarer
Improving Summer’s mood.

This is essentially the same task as above, with the only difference being that this time, you have to make at least 5 spirits reach an ecstatic mood.

Here’s a list of every spirit and how you can help any of them reach an ecstatic mood (you just need 5 for this achievement):

  • Elena will also be happy if you leave her spirit house as is, and don’t add any improvements (at least, until she leaves for the Everdoor)
  • Loves Green Salad, as well as plain and healthy food
  • Will also be pleased if you pass her challenges, detailed in her quest line

In general, a spirit will be happy as long as they are hugged and given their favorite dish (with the exception of Elena, who doesn’t like hugs). These are the easiest ways to help a spirit feel ecstatic on the ship.

The Happy Dance

Completing requests will also make a spirit feel ecstatic / Spiritfarer
Completing requests will also make a spirit feel ecstatic.

For the last achievement in this section, all you need to do is make sure all of the spirits listed above reach an ecstatic mood. You can see a spirit’s mood if you interact with them.

Since you need all of the spirits for this achievement, you can only get this near the end of the game.
