You can buy TM78 Bulldoze from the Technical Machine Shop in Konikoni City. This shop sells another four TMs: TM09, TM40, TM47 and TM51.

Konikoni City is located on Akala Island, and becomes accessible once you complete the Lush Jungle trial.

Bulldoze is a damage-dealing move. When used in battle, Bulldoze will also lower the target’s Speed by one stage.

When used in a doubles battle, Bulldoze will hit the other three Pokémon. In other words: it will hit both opponents, but also the partner Pokémon.

Tip: Pairing a Bulldoze user with a Pokémon immune to Ground-type moves is a very effective strategy.

Bulldoze isn’t useful in competitive play, as it’s outclassed by Earthquake.

In a main story playthrough, however, Bulldoze is one of the best moves available in the early game.

Bulldoze makes up for a lack of reliable Ground-type moves early in the game. The move will remain a solid option until TM26 Earthquake becomes available in the late game.
