Hikarishima Lighthouse is an island found in Spiritfarer’s Furogawa Region. It’s also where you can find Buck, a late-game spirit.

You’ll also find a few chests on this island, along with a Racoon Inc. Shop.

How To Unlock

Bouncing on an umbrella to reach higher places.

You can visit Hikarishima Lighthouse very early in the game, since reaching this island requires no prior ship upgrades on your part.

However, you’ll discover that unless you already have unlocked Stella’s bounce ability, you won’t be able to do much beyond walking around the island’s dock area.

Tips + What To Find Here

The chest at the top of the Raccoon store.

You won’t be able to go any further than the docks of this island if you don’t have the bounce ability. So you’ll want to make sure you can get Bounce before exploring this area.

Once you have the ability then you can head to the giant umbrella beside the sitting spirit and use bounce on the umbrella to reach the island’s upper part.

From here, you will immediately be greeted by the spirit of Buck, who will then join your ship automatically.

Aside from that, you will also visit this island again during one of Buck’s quests where you’ll need to use the Lightburst ability to ignite the lighthouse.

Chest #1

Contains:

Step 1: From the island’s starting docks, head left past the Raccoon Shop.

From the docks, head left.

Step 2: Look for a spirit relaxing under an umbrella.

Then bounce on top of the umbrella to reach the landing with the lighthouse above.

Step 3: From there, keep heading left past the lighthouse and jump into the water.

Keep heading left and jump down into the water.

Step 4: Dive down on the glowing part of the water to get the treasure.

Chest #2

Contains:

2 Peaches
2 Opals

Step 1: From the water, head back up the lighthouse using the ladder.

Go up the ladder.

Step 2: Then go back to the umbrella from earlier with the spirit relaxing nearby – we’ll be bouncing on this umbrella again to reach the next chest.

Go back to the umbrella and use it to bounce to your right.

Step 3: Bounce on the umbrella and then dash to your right to reach a light pole with the next treasure chest.

You can use Glide to drift further right and help you reach the light pole easier.

Glide to the top of the light pole to get the treasure chest.

1 Mint Collectible Card
1 Amethyst

Step 1: From the top of the light pole with Chest #2, double jump/dash to your right and glide towards the right.

If you’re not sure how to get to this light pole then just follow the directions from Chest #2 above.

From the light pole, dash and glide to your right.

Step 2: Once you’re gliding, land on the roof directly above the Raccoon Shop to find the final chest.
