Introduced in patch 4.2 as part of the Valentione’s Day 2018 event, this mount is usually paired with the Broken Heart (Right) mount used by a friend or significant other.

The Broken Heart (Left) was one of two mounts introduced during the Valentione’s Day (2018) event in patch 4.2 of the Stormblood expansion. Similar to previous limited-time event rewards, this mount was added to the online store (along with its counterpart) a year after the initial event.

Nowadays, you can only get this mount through the Final Fantasy XIV Online Store by buying the Broken Heart Pendant (Left) for $12.00. The store does offer discounts for this mount during Valentine’s season in February, so be on the lookout to save some money.

After purchasing the pendant, expect to receive it in your in-game mailbox within a few hours or so.
