The Prop Case is given to you by the owner of the Musical Theater when you visit the theater for the first time. The Musical Theater is located in the northeast corner of Nimbasa City.
But you can only get to Nimbasa City after defeating Gym Leader Burgh in Castelia City.
The Prop Case holds all of your collected Props, which are items used to dress-up and decorate your Pokémon when participating in musicals. There are 100 total Props that can be collected.
Getting the Prop Case
Step 1: Starting at the Nimbasa City Pokémon Center, head east through the city.

Step 2: Keep walking east and pass by the Battle Subway building.

Step 3: As the road ends to the east, turn to head north on the narrower part of the road.

Step 4: Continue north through the city, passing through the archway with lanterns.

Step 5: You’ll soon see the Musical Theater building with rainbow-colored columns outside.
As you approach the building you’ll spot Bianca waiting at the door. She’ll ask to go in together with you.

Step 6: The owner of the theater will then greet you upon entering and give you the Prop Case for free.
