To obtain TM96 Nature Power, you’ll need to encounter Aarune in Fiery Path. Aarune will be standing near a large boulder in the center of the path. But you can only find him here after you’ve defeated Flannery and won the gym badge from Lavaridge Town.
When you do find him in Fiery Path, he’ll teach you how to move large boulders with HM04 Strength, and he’ll also give you the TM for Nature Power.
TM96 Nature Power Location (Step-by-Step)
Fiery Path is located at the base of Mt. Chimney, which connects the northern and southern sections of Route 112.
Within the cave, there’s also a side path only accessible by using HM04 Strength to push a boulder. But to acquire the Nature Power TM, HM04 Strength isn’t necessary.
Note: You won’t see Aarune in Fiery Path the first time you visit. He’ll only show up after you’ve obtained the fourth Gym Badge from Flannery, the Lavaridge Town Gym Leader. So make sure you’ve got the Heat Badge before you head back to Fiery Path to get the TM for Nature Power.
When you’re prepared, head over to the Pokémon Center in Lavaridge Town to get started.
Step 1: Begin by taking the path on the right to leave Lavaridge Town.

Step 2: When you reach Route 112, continue going eastward.

Step 3: Go down the ledges, and head north to the base of Mt. Chimney by climbing the staircase.

Step 4: After climbing the staircase, make your way over to the left and head inside the Fiery Path.

Step 5: Once you’re inside, take a left turn down the stairs and head north down that passageway.

Step 6: Eventually you’ll come across Aarune next to a large boulder.
As you approach him, a quick cutscene will play where he gives you TM96 Nature Power.

Nature Power is a Normal-type status move that transforms into various special-based attacks depending on the terrain of each battle.
It’s worth noting that although Nature Power is technically a Normal-type move, the user only benefits from STAB (Same Type Attack Bonus) if the type of the move it changes into matches their own.

Is Nature Power Worth Using?
Nature Power doesn’t see play in competitive battles at all. This is primarily because it usually just turns into Tri Attack unless the terrain is deliberately changed.
Sure, it’s possible to change the terrain with moves like Electric Terrain, Grassy Terrain, or Misty Terrain. But it’s rarely worth sacrificing a turn just to change what Nature Power turns into.
But during your own single-player playthrough of Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire, Nature Power can be a fun and exciting move to try out with your special attackers that can learn it – especially as you explore the diverse landscapes of the Hoenn region.
