Stamina Bar with Power Berries in SoS:FoMT

Power Berries are magical fruits in the world of Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town. Once consumed, they will permanently increase your stamina meter by 15 points.

There are a total of 10 Power Berries in the game (along with an 11th blue power berry) and they’re all hidden in random places or given to you as prizes for completing certain tasks.

Here’s a list of all 10 Power Berries and how to acquire them:

1. Dig Up a Berry on Your Farm

Use the Hoe on the tillable soil on your farm until a Power Berry pops up. This can be in any location on the field, so don’t give up if you can’t find it right away!

Sometimes this Power Berry will just appear while you’re tilling the ground normally for planting crops. You don’t need to actively search for it – you just need to get lucky.

2. Worship the Harvest Goddess (10 Days)

The Harvest Goddess lives inside the waterfall beside the Spring Mine, near the Hot Spring area. Tossing in a loved or liked offering will get the Harvest Goddess to like you, and she’ll appear sometimes with gifts.

Feel free to drop flowers and crops into the waterfall, as these items are guaranteed liked gifts for the Harvest Goddess.

After the 10th liked offering, she will bestow a Power Berry upon you. This should be on 10 separate days in total.

If you’re not sure what to give her then you can refer to the table in our Harvest Goddess gift guide to see which gifts count as liked/loved items.

3. Fishing in the Ocean

Once you upgrade your fishing rod to Mithril level or higher, it’s possible to find a Power Berry when you reel in your fishing line at the ocean near the beach.

If you haven’t leveled up your fishing rod yet, you’ll just need to bring it to Saibara with 5,000 G and one Mithril Ore once you’ve hit 100% fishing rod experience.

4. Behind the Lake Mine

When Kappa’s Lake freezes over in Winter, you’re finally able to walk across the water and enter the Lake Mine.

What most players don’t know is that there’s another treasure hidden right behind the lake.

Behind the small hill that serves as the entrance to the mine, a Power Berry will be hidden out of sight. Walk behind the entrance and interact with it to consume the berry.

5. Exchanging 900 Medals at the Derby

The Spring and Autumn Derbies are held each year on the 18th day of the season.

At the plaza, Mayor Thomas will open a small shop where you can exchange the Medals you won from the races for prizes and rare items. Among these items is a Power Berry that costs 900 Medals.

Don’t worry if you can’t afford it yet at the Spring Derby – when Autumn rolls around, you’ll still get to keep the Medals from the last event. So you can accumulate medals over time until you can afford the Power Berry.

6. Win a Horse Race

Not only can you buy a Power Berry from Mayor Thomas at the Derby festival, but he will also award you with an additional Power Berry after winning your very first Horse Race at the Derby.

If you choose to compete with your horse for the festival, you’ll run for the third and last race of the day.

7. Win a Frisbee Contest

The Fetch Fest is held every year on Summer 1st, and you can join it as long as you have an adult pet living on your farm (except for the horse).

The first time you win the frisbee contest during the Fetch Fest, Zack will give you a Power Berry.

8. The Spring Mine (100th Floor)

If you dig deep enough into the Spring Mine, a Power Berry can be found on the 100th level.

To unearth it, you’ll need to use the Hoe on the ground until it appears.

9. The Lake Mine (19th Floor)

A Power Berry can also appear when you’re mining in the Lake Mine. It will be located in the dirt of the 19th level, and it needs to be discovered using the Hoe as well.

10. Buy a Berry from Jeff

This is by far the most expensive Power Berry in the game, and it will likely take you a long time to obtain.

First you’ll need to buy the following house upgrades from Gotts:

  • The Big House (second and maximum farmhouse upgrade)
  • A Rug
  • The Big Bed

After you’ve bought all of these, a Power Berry will appear in Jeff’s inventory at the General Store. You can buy it from him for a grand total of 10,000 G.
