Starting the Berry Good Shenanigan in Spiritfarer

Berry Good! is one of the quicker shenanigan side quests you will find in Spiritfarer. Upon completion, it will reward you with the Orchard improvement blueprint.

Prerequisites

To start, make sure that your ship is equipped with the Mist Cleaner 1000 Boat Improvement. You can find this in Albert’s Shipyard.

To get the upgrade, you will need:

  • 8 Silver Ores
  • 22 Silk Fabrics
  • 8 Bottled Ectoplasms
  • 6 Crystal Glass Sheets
  • 3 Spirit Flowers
  • 3,000 Glims

Once purchased, you’ll be able to pass through the fog lining the map’s north-eastern section.

Getting Started

After getting the upgrade equipped, head towards the island of Obscure Canopy, located at X: 187, Y: 87.

Once you’re on the island head right and use the updraft to reach the clearing up top.

Then walk left to find a small, dark spirit who will call you “young person.”

This spirit will give you the shenanigan side quest.

“Berry Good!” Walkthrough

Barry will ask you to collect a total of 45 berries for him. / Spiritfarer

Talk to the spirit and he will tell you that he’s Barry… and that he’s looking for berries.

However, since he’s already old he gets too tired to do anything.

Because of this, he will ask you to pick up some berries for him. Here’s all the berries you need to get and where to find them:

Berry Where to Find
15 Raspberries
  • 2 bushes at Barkensheim Creek
  • 2 bushes at Mosstein Cove
  • 2 bushes at Greenhalten Bay
15 Strawberries
  • 1 Bush at Iwashima Countryside
  • 1 Bush at Resuteno Meadows
  • 1 Bush at Gurenu Fields
15 Blueberries
  • 2 Bushes at Sunspring Square
  • 2 Bushes at Ambertown Park
To get berries, just interact with any of the bushes to get the fruit. / Spiritfarer

To get any of these berries, simply walk up to any of the bushes and interact to take the fruit.

These fruits then respawn after you leave the island.

Once you’re done collecting everything, simply head back to Barry and talk to him again.

He will then complain that the berries are squished, but will give you the Orchard improvement blueprint for your trouble. This also ends the shenanigan.
