The Guest House is a unique building where unhoused spirits stay until they get their own accommodation aboard the ship.

It’s also the first building that you will build as the Spiritfarer.

How To Unlock

The Guest House is automatically unlocked after getting the Beginner Blueprint Station at the start of the game. It’s the first building you will ever build in the game.

Then, after salvaging the boat debris during Gwen’s “Set Sail, Captain!” request, you’ll get the materials that are needed to build it.

As a Guest House, spirits will sleep and rest here during night-time, until they request for their own unique accommodation to be built.

You can also only build one Guest House at a time.

However, once the spirit Stanley turns your first Guest House into his playroom, you will need to build another Guest House again.
