You’ve Got Mail! Shenaningan Guide (Spiritfarer)

The “You’ve Got Mail!” shenanigan is one of the earliest side quests you’ll complete in the game. But despite being a side quest, it’s also an integral part of moving the plot forward.

Getting Started

Head to Albert’s Shipyard for the upgrade.

To start this Shenanigan you’ll need the Mailbox Boat Improvement.

So just make your way towards Albert’s Shipyard at X: 61, Y: 64. Once there, open the upgrades tab and look for the Mailbox Boat Improvement.

It’s the first upgrade you’ll find, and requires:

8 Maple Planks
8 Linen Thread
4 Lightnings in a Bottle
250 Glims

“You’ve Got Mail!” Walkthrough

The Mailbox is the first boat improvement you’ll find.

Once the mailbox upgrade is acquired, all that’s left to do is get back on the ship and look for the box beside your cabin.

Then interact with the mailbox to get your first letter from Albert.

This Shenanigan request ends after you read the letter from your inventory.

Moving forward, you will be consistently getting mail from different passengers and spirits. You will also get treasure maps, posters, flyers and the like.

Open your inventory and read “A Letter from Albert” to finish this side quest.
