Where To Get TM06 Toxic in Pokémon Black & White

TM06 Toxic location in Pokémon Black

TM06 Toxic can be found as an overworld item in shallow water off of Route 17.

As for the move itself: Toxic is a Poison-type move that badly poisons its target. The target will take increasing amounts of damage for each turn it is poisoned.

Toxic is one of the most effective Status moves in the game.

It inflicts the badly poisoned status at near-perfect accuracy.

On the first turn, Toxic’s poison inflicts damage for 1/16th of the target’s maximum HP. This damage compounds each turn the Pokémon is affected – meaning that on turn 5, Toxic inflicts damage at 5/16ths of the target’s max HP.

Toxic is best used against defensive Pokémon that don’t have a reliable move for curing their status. This will help wear down the tankiest Pokémon in your opponent’s party.

Best of all, Toxic can be taught every single Pokémon – as long as they can learn TMs.
