The Blacksmith “Meanderer” is a store owned and managed by Bado in Rune Factory 4. This is where you can get all sorts of accessories and equipment you’ll need at the farm and on your adventures.

Where is the Blacksmith “Meanderer”?

To get to the Blacksmith’s shop, you’ll need to take the stairs heading west from Selphia: Town Square.

You’ll find the Blacksmith’s right next to the stairs in the Selphia: Housing Area. You should see a shield hanging from above the door.

Inside, you’ll find all sorts of equipment and a forge.

To check the wares, you can speak to Bado if he’s in the shop.

If Bado isn’t in the store, you can still browse the items for sale by interacting with the counter. Bado uses the honor system so people can make purchases even though he isn’t around.

I want a Forge

This option allows you to purchase a Forge from Bado.

You’ll need 3000 Gold, 30 Lumber, and 25 Material Stones.

I want a Crafting Table

This option allows you to purchase a Crafting Table from Bado. For this you’ll need 3000 Gold, 50 Lumber, and 10 Material Stones.

Crafting vs. Buying Equipment

Apart from the Forge and the Crafting Table, it’s advised not to shop very often at Bado’s store because of the extremely high prices.

Instead, you’re better off crafting the different equipment you need using the Forge and Crafting Table.

Just make sure to pick up the different mob drops for materials you can use in crafting.
