Crystal Glass Sheets are part of the buildable metals category in Spiritfarer. You can make this material by heading to the Smithy and combining 1 zinc ingot and 1 silica powder. Once made, you can use this item to craft at least 3 building improvements.

What You Need

In order to craft a crystal glass sheet, you will first need these materials:

1 Zinc Ingot
1 Silica Powder
Smithy

How To Get Zinc Ingots

Mining zinc ore in Hidden Thicket.

For these ingots you’ll need to look for some zinc ore. This ore can be mined from nodes found in these islands:

Next, head to your Foundry and put the ores in the machine.

Then put some coal in the furnace, and then push on the bellows in an alternating manner while making sure the temperature stays within the indicated level.

Once the thermometer fills up, you can collect your zinc ingots in the basket on the right side of the building.

How To Get Silica Powder

Crushing quartz to make silica powder.

You’ll need to start here with the Quartz Dragon minigame, introduced to you by Summer. This dragon will open a location-based event in these two coordinates:

X: -24, Y: 65
X: -172, Y: 45

While playing this event, you will need to jump and platform your way on the dragon’s back to reach the quartz nodes.

Luckily the platforming itself is very easy, and each node only requires one charged-up hit to mine.

Once the minigame is done, bring your quartz inside the Crusher and press the interact button repeatedly until the silica powder comes out.

Making Crystal Glass Sheets

Pick the crystal glass sheet from the options.

Just go to your Smithy and choose the Crystal Glass Sheet from the options list.

Once you confirm, a timer will then appear. Then after it finishes counting down, a molten ball of metal will roll out of the furnace.

You will need to flatten this ball by hitting it with the hammer repeatedly, making sure to pause if the hammer gets too hot to avoid it from exploding.

With enough hits, the ball will become flat and it will become 1 crystal glass sheet.
