Lobster Roll is a type of fine dining dish that you can cook in Spiritfarer. To make it, you will need any type of flour and a lobster. You will also need the upgraded kitchen.
What You Need
In order to make a Lobster Roll, make sure you have these:
- Improved Kitchen
- 1 Lobster
- 1 Flour (any type)
If your kitchen isn’t improved yet, you can get the blueprint from Atul’s “Big Stove” request. Improving your kitchen lets you make dishes using two ingredients.
How To Get Lobsters
There are two places to fish for Lobster: Oxbury at noon, and Nordweiler at midnight.
Note that reaching Oxbury requires the Rock Destroyer Upgrade, while Nordweiler requires the Icebreaker Boat Upgrade.
Both upgrades are purchased from Albert’s Shipyard, and the requirements can be found in our complete Boat Improvement guide.
Once you’re in any of these locations, simply start the fishing minigame at the stern of Stella’s ship. Depending on where you are, it may also take a few tries before you can catch a lobster.
Just remember to let go of the line for a bit when it turns red to stop it from breaking.
How To Get Flour
Flour is made from growing crops in the field, and you need to start by choosing which type you want to grow:
- Rice (70 Glims, Furogawa Shop)
- Wheat (100 Glims, Oxbury Shop)
- Corn (50 Glims, Hummingberg Shop)
Plant these seeds in the Field until you can harvest them. Then take them to either the Windmill or the Crusher to make flour.
While the Crusher is pretty straightforward to use, the Windmill has a more complicated mini-game to follow:
- Place your grains in the mid-level compartment beside the Windmill door.
- Interact with the square-shaped column at the top and align it with the small wheel to get it spinning.
- Once the wheel is spinning, adjust the column accordingly to keep it going.
- Take your flour from the bottom compartment.
Cooking Lobster Rolls
Take both of your ingredients to the Kitchen oven to start cooking.
A timer will pop up at the top, and your meal will be ready right after it’s done. Just remember to not leave the ingredients inside for too long once cooked, or else the dish will become burnt food.
As a fine dining dish, you can serve a Lobster roll to any of these spirits:
- Atul
- Giovanni
- Gustav
- Gwen
This dish can also be sold to Raccoon shop branches for 180 Glims apiece.
