Corn in Spiritfarer (Seeds + Uses)

Corn falls under Spiritfarer’s grains category. You can buy corn seeds from two Raccoon Shop locations, before growing them in your Field. As corn, you can use this ingredient to cook at least 7 grain-related recipes. But using the Crusher to turn corn into corn flour lets you cook an additional 22 flour-related dishes.

How To Get Corn Seeds

There are two shops you can visit when it comes to buying corn seeds. The two shops can be found in:

• Hummingberg (X: 39, Y: 139)
• Bottom Line Corp. (X: 137, Y: 59)

Fortunately, both of these islands are reachable without getting any prior ship improvements. After arriving on any of these islands, you can buy corn seeds for 30 glims apiece from the Raccoon Shops.

How To Grow Corn

Once you have corn seeds, go back to your ship and plant them on the field. Then water the seeds until the corn is ready to get harvested.

If you wish to skip the waiting process you can also play the “Plantasia Fantastica” music minigame to make the seeds grow faster.

Each corn plant your harvest will give you 5 pieces of corn, which are sellable at all Raccoon Shops for 30 glims each.

How To Make Corn Flour

After harvesting the corn, you can head into the crusher in order to make corn flour. Simply put your corn (you can place up to 50) inside the machine and repeatedly press the crush button to make flour.

Note that 1 corn is equal to 1 corn flour.

Alternatively, you can also use the Windmill to make corn flour. However, using the crusher building is significantly easier and faster.

As its name suggests, corn flour falls under the flour category, and you can either use it to cook a number of dishes or sell to Raccoon Shops for 45 Glims apiece.
