To catch albacore tuna, just sit in the back of Stella’s ship to start the fishing minigame. Wait a moment, and start reeling in by holding the interact button once you get a bite. While doing this make sure you watch the line and once it turns red, pause from reeling as this means it’s close to snapping.
Tip: Albacore tunas (and all tunas) are the hardest fish to catch in the game. So expect to balance between reeling and pausing for at least a few minutes until you catch one.
Once caught, you can either cook the albacore tuna in the kitchen or sell it in a Raccoon Shop for a good 300 Glims.
