Marble belongs to the category of rock materials in Spiritfarer. These are acquired by mining, and this material can be used to craft 3 buildings and 5 improvements/upgrades.
How To Get Marble (All Locations)
To secure some marble for crafting, approach a marble node and hold the interact button.
Marble nodes can be found only on these islands:
- Kalstein Mines (4 nodes)
- Southpoint Docks (1 node)
Kalstein Mines
This island is located in the winter (north) side of the Hummingberg Region. This means that you first need the Icebreaker Boat Improvement.
On top of that, the spirit guarding the entrance to the mines will also require you to unlock these abilities first:
Once you have all these requirements, you can head to the island at X: -99, Y: 117. And here’s where to find all of the marble nodes:
Marble Node #1
Step 1: Enter the mine and drop down to your right.
Step 2: Once you land on the bottom floor, you’ll find the first marble node right beside you.
Marble Node #2
Step 1: From the first marble node, jump to your right and ride the zipline.
Step 2: Jump to the next zipline, still going to your right.
Step 3: At the end of that last zipline, jump up to reach the next zipline you see – but this time going to your left.
Step 4: Land on a small platform at the end of the zipline & that’s where the next marble node is.
Marble Node #3
Step 1: From the previous marble node, jump to your right to ride the next zipline going right.
Step 2: Transfer to the next zipline when you see it & keep riding to your right.
Step 3: Land on the air vent all the way to the right and use it to glide up.
Step 4: While gliding up, go to your left and ride the zipline to reach the higher level on the left.
Step 5: Once you land, go up the two sets of ladders.
Step 6: From the top of the ladders just walk to your right to find the next marble node.
Marble Node #4
Step 1: From the previous marble node, continue walking to your right until you find another giant air vent.
Step 2: Use the air vent to glide up.
Step 3: Once you reach the ceiling, glide to your left to reach the next landing.
Step 4: From the landing, double jump to your right to reach the landing on top of you.
Step 5: Double jump again to reach the higher landing, this time to your left.
Step 6: At the top just keep walking to your left until you find the next & final marble node on this island.
Southpoint Docks
The only other island where you can get marble is Southpoint Docks. This is located on the east side of the World Map. Do note that this island requires the Rock Destroyer Boat Improvement.
Once you have the upgrade, head to the island at X: 157, Y: 22.
And here’s where to find the single marble node here:
Step 1: From the island’s starting point, head up the ladder. Then from the top of the ladder just walk to your right.
Step 2: Jump up the shipping containers going right, starting on the yellow one and up onto the green one.
Step 3: From the green container just jump up the red shipping container and you’ll find the marble node at the top.
How To Grow Marble
On top of mining from the islands above, you also have the option of growing your own marble once you’ve unlocked any of the three Turtle Sisters.
These giant turtles will let you climb on their backs and plant marble ore for future mining.
The locations of the three Turtle Sisters are as follows:
- Olga (X: 81, Y: 28)
- Masha (X: -91, Y: 138)
- Irina (X: 127, Y: -76)
