How To Complete the Goddess Collection in SoS: FoMT

The Goddess Collection Interface in SoS: FoMT

The Goddess Collection is a comprehensive ledger that keeps track of all the home-cooked meals you’ve offered to the Harvest Goddess. You can access it from the bookshelf in your farmhouse.

To add a new dish to the Goddess Collection, toss a fresh meal into the waterfall and allow the Harvest Goddess to accept the offering. You can throw in multiple dishes a day, but it won’t count towards your daily gift to the Harvest Goddess.

There is no in-game achievement for completing the Goddess Collection, and it’s not a requirement for any NPC or event.

However, the Goddess Collection can help you keep track of your cooking progress, which is required to marry Bon Vivant and to earn the “Home Cooking Tastes Best” or “Bon Vivant’s Successor” achievements.

Completing the Goddess Collection

There are 120 recipes you can make in your kitchen, but only 108 dishes will be recorded by the Goddess Collection in the ledger.

The 12 dishes that aren’t included are:

  • The Sun recipes (Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter Sun)
  • The Special Apples (AEPFE, HMSGB, and SUGDW Apples)
  • Caffeine
  • Super Caffeine
  • Stamina Booster
  • Stamina Booster XL
  • X Egg

These are still required for Bon Vivant’s marriage or any other in-game achievement, but you’ll have to keep track of these on your own.

You must also physically offer each dish to the Harvest Goddess for it to count towards the Goddess Collection. Just making the recipe isn’t enough.

Here are all the ways to learn the recipes you need for this collection in SoS: FoMT:

Cooking inspiration is a phenomenon that happens naturally in the kitchen while you make other dishes. The moment you’ve cooked with a certain ingredient a specific number of times, there’s a chance for you to learn a new recipe.

The table below lists all the recipes you can learn from cooking inspiration. In the “Requirements” column you’ll find exactly which ingredient you need to cook with, and the parentheses tells you how many times to cook with the ingredient to unlock the recipe.

Note: Some recipes can be learned via inspiration or by another method, so some of the recipes below might also be listed under another section of this guide.

Catching a Bottled Message at Mineral Beach.

Did you know that you can actually learn new recipes from mining and fishing?

There are 2 easter egg recipes that you can get by fishing in the Ocean and by digging in the Spring Mine.

  • During Spring, cast a Mithril Fishing Rod (or higher) into the beach’s ocean for a chance to catch a Bottled Message, which contains the recipe for French Fries.
  • You can also dig up a Tomatosetta Stone on the 255th floor of the Spring Mine to learn the recipe for Ketchup.
